I know a mattress is expensive but you really need one and your mom already has one and can lie better. Also your body needs that support, and you are really an idiot if you take all those pills to improve your health and keeps keeping on this! And you know that very well. So let's stop thinking that if you buy something to improve your health or your appetite, you should also buy it for your parents or the rest of the world. It doesn't work that way friend.

So.. what does a mattress cost? Let's talk about the price first and see if there's a way to achieve that amount.
Do you have different bed in mind?

If you have a better cleaning of your blood, you can eat healthier and if on top you also lay better your health will increase faster. It's all connected.

Some flowers in pots is a great idea too. you can try to practise the walking, little steps my friend, and water them and look at the bees, butterflies and whatever it attracts and practise taking more photos. How does that sound?

So go look for a mattress, without more delay and all those excuses. You spend too many hours in bed to lay that uncomfortable.
