Is WOX meant or Steemit? The feeling of being united and stand for one goal is difficult like @almaguer mentions in the present Talkchannel. Unfortunately, there are clear walls set by communities. The battle for being the strongest, strategies to fight others, which is supported, instead of standing for a topic. Is there something these communities have in common?

Reserve Fund

As I understand this is a centralised reserve fund meant for developers/developmemt.

May I ask:

• who holds the key?
• who decides what a developer is,
• when the reserve will be used
• which developers can receive a share out of this fund to improve Steemit?
• How will this fund be build? Income out of the games? Setting beneficiairies?
• Where do the donations come from WOX members or everyone?
• Is there room for donations where many all of a sudden power down and leave and where a huge part of this platform will never take part/invest or have their own platform access with options?
• Is there room for new good developers like @kafio
• will @italygame receive a share if asked
• how about @the-gorillla or is the DAO proposal meant for the xpilar team and should every developer start a fund of his own?

Note: I understand from those in the comment section you have their support no matter what and questions do not arise, I like to hear a bit more though. Not to nag you, out of distrust or because I cannot miss a few votes (a few minutes to click on a button) but because I like to know what I vote for which also brings me to the club status important to many after being pressured for years. Are there thoughts made about this fact? Will it be a replacement of burnsteem25 or will the "burned" steem be used?

I also like to add that besides of the fact I do believe there should be a fund for development and I support the idea it does make me uncomfortable that you write: 👇

It might sound strange but if I read this it gives me the feeling of buying votes. Is it possible to leave text like these behind in a serious proposal? I understand that it might be interesting to see who is willing to support but for sure some analytic tool can tell you that within a few minutes.
