Snowy Session

Hi everyone,

We've been getting lots of snow this week and I have loved it so much! I have loved the snow all my life but over the ten years of being a photographer I have yet to photograph anyone in it! Until now! This lovely couple and their couple of week old baby won one of my sessions in a competition and during the shoot we got so lucky with the snow! It was very cold so we kept it short and sweet and they really were so good in the snow and didn't mind at all! I was so happy with the results and even thoough I didn't get loads and loads of shots the ones I did get I am more than happy with. Here's to lots more snowy newborn shoots this year! I can't wait to take River out in it too, we havent had enough yet today to go out and its not properly setttling just yet but here's hoping by this afternoon it will be and we can go on a little adventure! The snow is so peaceful and it makes everything seem to quiet and still, as long as you don't have to go anywhere that is in which case its not so nice! Are you all a fan of the snow?
