Hola, me llamo Robert, tengo casi 300 años de edad… bueno… mi consciencia…la mayor parte de mi cuerpo físico es de metal y solo tiene algunos años… pero sigo siento yo, el viejo Robert.

Escuchen, yo era un señor que sufría mucho… no era muy viejo, pero estaba enfermo… lo único que me mantenía vivo eran unas máquinas del hospital… todo el día acostado viendo televisión y comiendo comida de hospital… era una muy fea situación… con solo 34 años, yo quería recorrer el mundo, pero cómo… solo lo veía a través del televisor…

Un día, en el año 2025, me ofrecieron usarme como conejillo de indias en una operación para reemplazar varias partes de mi cuerpo por partes robóticas, así podría salir y vivir el mundo, así podría volver a la vida y acepté… pude ver a mis hijos crecer, pude ver a mis nietos crecer… creo que ya hice todo lo que un hombre quiere hacer en la vida… creo que ya hice todo lo que un padre quiere hacer en la vida… ví a mi esposa morir… fue difícil… pero fue más difícil el ver morir a mi hija… hoy sus hijos tienen a sus propios hijos… estoy muy contento y me emociona muchísimo poder verlos… pero ya es mi tiempo… estoy viviendo tiempo que no es mío… viví mucho más de lo que dios quiso para mí… creo que ya es hora de por fin irme… agradezco a la tecnología por darme piernas para caminar el mundo, por darme fuerzas para cargar a mi hija en su momento, por darme vida para conocer a mis nietos y por darme tiempo para también ver a mis bisnietos… adiós mundo, adiós tecnología, adiós luz…adiós vida…
