My drawing of a beautiful lady
Hi great steemians. Again I bring to us my beautiful A3 size(12×16 inches) art piece done in a space of 24 hours.
Now before I share the progress shot, I want to state some of the factors that can make a pencil art piece not to come out well... These include:
The type of paper used: The type of paper used can determine to a very high extent the out come of your art piece. It can determine how smooth or how rough and how realistic your piece would be. Although the experience of an artist can suffice a bit.
Tools used: Limited tools can hamper the beauty of a particular art piece. Tools such as Mono eraser, soft and hard brushes etc.
Technique: The technique of an artist is another determining factor of the outcome of a piece. A very experienced artist can spend so much time on a particular piece, because he or she would want to achieve a very realistic art piece.
Reference photo: The reference photo is another determining factor of a great art piece. I simply put, "the higher the quality of a reference photo, the higher the quality of an art piece". A blurry reference photo in most cases will always bring about a blurry art piece.
These are a few I am sharing today. I trust these could help someone. Would do more some other time.
