Dopamine land
And here are a few pictures to go along with all the videos. I’ve been posting in the previous blog post about dopamine land. The tickets are about £20 but my friend is a journalist so we get to go to all these things for free which is fantastic for me and my new travel blog I’m trying to build. I’ve got no idea where I’m going with my travel blog it definitely hasn’t found its identity, but I’m one of those believers in life that you just have to get on with things and it will find its personality. Otherwise you just never start at all. I actually started doing a travel page on YouTube for lifestyle reasons because I want to travel and be able to work at the same time. I’m not sure what kind of theme I’ll go with so for now I’m just filming random things around the Uk and letting it find its identity.
So dopamine land is a sensory experience and it’s very much like being a child again. If you’re not the kind of person that can’t throw yourself into a pillow fights and get excited by lights and ball pits and you’re probably going to hate it to be fair. I am a huge kid and I’m always jealous that I can’t go on the children’s playground so for me it was absolutely fantastic. We went with my friend and her son and the three of us had an absolutely fantastic time acting like children. Her son did cry and have a tantrum at one point though so I did kind of feel me and my friend enjoyed it, the most.🤣 favourite part was definitely the room with all the lights that was magical. The only thing that wasn’t great was at the end we got asked to leave by a very grumpy Assistant that wasn’t very polite and said that we had been in there two hours and overstayed our welcome and followed us out 🤣. There was never any time limit given to us and I do feel that she could have been a bit nicer mayeb she needs a bit more dopamine.
