Travelling South Korea with (15 photoghraph)

Getting away from the city, a shot train whisks me to Busan, the energetic seaside city. The invigorating ocean breeze and the sound of crashing waves revive me.

Wrangling at the Jagalchi Market, the biggest fish market in Korea, is a tomfoolery and turbulent experience. Newly got octopus and live fish fill the slows down.

A climb up the picturesque Mount Hwangnyeongsan rewards me with stunning perspectives on Busan and the encompassing islands. The fresh air fortifies my spirit.

A roadtrip to the enchanted Gamcheon Culture Town, nicknamed the "Lego Town," carries an explosion of variety with its splendidly painted houses and idiosyncratic road workmanship.

Jeju Island calls! Rich green volcanic scenes and flowing cascades welcome me. A climb to the highest point of Seongsan Ilchulbong Top for dawn paints the sky in blazing tints.

Investigating Manjanggul Magma Cylinder, the world's longest magma tube, is a dreamlike encounter. Tapered rocks and stalagmites trickle from the enormous roof, a characteristic miracle.

Loosening up on the dark sand sea shores of Jeju, the waves calms me into peacefulness. Tasting on a reviving coconut drink and absorbing the sun.

Figuring out how to make kimchi, Korea's public matured dish, in a customary cooking class. The zesty and appetizing flavors tempt my taste buds.

With a heart brimming with recollections and a bag spilling over with keepsakes, I load onto the plane back home. Korea, you've caught my heart, and I realize I'll be back some time or another to investigate more!
