The lighthouse is a maritime light on the coast, island, reef or shoal that is visible from afar and serves sailors for day and night orientation at sea.
It is traditionally the largest and most important object of navigation safety.
The lighthouse lights are located on top of a masonry, concrete or steel tower.
The light rays from the lamp are directed towards the horizon by a system of lenses across the entire horizon or in only one direction in a narrow beam of light.
