Es agradable, para mí, poder hablar de mi infancia. No sé si sea la mejor etapa de mi vida ya que pienso que cada etapa es agradable en vivencias positivas. Sin embargo no deja de ser muy simpático este tipo de concursos dirigido a esta etapa de la vida.
Como la gran mayoría tuve una infancia con altos y bajos. Esas subidas y bajadas marcaron en algún momento el gusto por cierto tipo de juguetes. De muy chamo tuve un carácter muy fuerte marcado por la poca paciencia y estallidos de ira muy violentos. ¿La causa? En definitiva creo que fue un conjunto de situaciones que no vale la pena mencionar, analizar o justificar. Lo cierto es que mis padres no encontraban la manera de canalizar ese carácter que me dominaba.
Gracias a un consejo de un psicólogo amigo de mi padre, que recomendó el uso de un juguete que quizás podría canalizar esa personalidad, llego a mi vida el LEGO. ¿Saben? Ese juego de armar estructuras tipo construcción con piezas de diminuto tamaños.
Al principio el remedio no funciono de manera inmediata. Poco a poco fui adquiriendo la paciencia para poder lograr la construcción de los distintos juegos que me compraron. Recuerdo que el primero fue el hospital que aparte de la estructura del mismo traía para armar la ambulancia y con muñequitos que representaban varios personajes.
Después recibí la estación policial, la cual incluía un helicóptero y una paturra de policía, aparte de la estructura de la estación. Luego la estación de bomberos y así sucesivamente hasta tener las cosas básicas de una ciudad incluyendo una casa. Mi padre al ser ingeniero mecánico me enseñó a leer los planos para la construcción de todo lo que traía el juego y empecé a tener un poco más de paciencia y control de carácter a la hora de realizar las construcciones, así como explotar la imaginación a la hora de jugar. Pase horas con este juego.
Lo más formidable que tuve de este tipo de juguetes fue la estación lunar casi al completo. Implicaba buena cantidad de estructuras de tipo espacial. Para mí siempre LEGO será mi juguete preferido. Tomando en cuenta que fui de esos chamos de apartamentos que estaba limitado al uso de juguetes más comunes en la infancia de un niño, como la bicicleta o juguetes tradicionales como el trompo (imagínense jugar trompo en un apartamento lleno de adornos de cerámicas, afición de mi madre).
Lo más que me gusto del LEGO fue cuando ya las estructuras de los planos del juego me aburrían y recibí el permiso de poder construir las cosas basadas en mi imaginación. Cree infinidad de formas y juguetes con los planos imaginativos en mi cabeza. En verdad que tengo muy buenos recuerdos de este juguete.
En la actualidad este juguete ya no viene como antes. Ya está más pre armado. Antes las piezas eran diminutas y eso daba la oportunidad de experimentar mejor el juego.
Espero que este relato del juguete preferido de mi infancia allá sido de su agrado a la hora de leerlo como lo fue para mí a la hora de escribirlo.

It's nice, for me, to be able to talk about my childhood. I don't know if it's the best stage of my life because I think that every stage is pleasant in positive experiences. However, this type of contest directed to this stage of life is very nice.
Like most people I had a childhood with ups and downs. Those ups and downs marked at some point the taste for certain types of toys. I had a very strong character marked by a lack of patience and very violent outbursts of anger. The cause? In short, I think it was a set of situations not worth mentioning, analyzing or justifying. The truth is that my parents couldn't find a way to channel that character that dominated me.
Thanks to the advice of a psychologist friend of my father's, who recommended the use of a toy that could perhaps channel that personality, LEGO came into my life. You know? That game of building structures with tiny pieces.
At first the remedy didn't work immediately. Little by little I acquired the patience to be able to build the different games that were bought for me. I remember that the first one was the hospital that I brought with me to assemble the ambulance and with dolls that represented several characters.
Then I received the police station, which included a helicopter and a police hoopla, apart from the structure of the station. Then the fire station and so on until I had the basics of a city including a house. My father being a mechanical engineer taught me to read the plans for the construction of everything in the game and I began to have a little more patience and character control when it came to building, as well as exploiting my imagination when it came to playing. I spent hours with this game.
The most formidable thing I had of this type of toy was the almost complete lunar station. It involved a lot of space-type structures. For me, LEGO will always be my favorite toy. Considering that I was one of those apartment guys who was limited to the use of toys more common in a child's childhood, like the bicycle or traditional toys like the spinning top (imagine playing spinning top in an apartment full of ceramic decorations, my mother's hobby).
The most I liked about LEGO was when the structures of the game plans were already boring me and I received the permission to be able to build things based on my imagination. I created an infinite number of shapes and toys with the imaginative planes in my head. I really have very good memories of this toy.
Nowadays this toy doesn't come as it used to. It's already more pre-assembled. Before the pieces were tiny and that gave the opportunity to experience the game better.
I hope that this story of my favorite toy from my childhood there was as enjoyable for you to read as it was for me to write.
