Still Life Composition - (Hatching).
It's been a while I made a still life sketch and I thought it would be nice and quite refreshing if I could attempt one again and I did as you can see above.
I am currently experimenting the hatching technique as it seems to be quite interesting just like scribbling to me but then, it takes more time and consciousness to make a great drawing with it. Although my distribution of values in this sketch isn't one I am so satisfied with but then, I am still taking time to understand hatching technique and at the same time, I wouldn't want to divert into using cross hatching or any other technique because I couldn't control the hatching well.
