Not only in the business world, even in our daily lives we are always at risk. Every choice we make has risks. To avoid this, things need to be considered mature enough to avoid us and the negative results of our decisions. When we can only be careless in making decisions, risks can come and mess things up. Having a spirit from within ourself is the strongest motivation that can encourage someone to work and realize their dreams.
