Hi Ruslan, currently you can't be qualified for 'club5050 as you are not Powering Up you are transferring your Steem out of system and not in Steem Power.
Therefore, I can't submit you for either booming or for steemcurator01. If you would like to be qualified then you should Power Up, for example if you withdraw 40 Steem out to deepcrypto8, then you should at least 40-45 transfer to Steem Power, then it is club5050. Hope that it is clear.
