Working on Building Completion and Entertaining Workers by Drinking Coffee Together
Today, I will show you again the work that I have done with the construction workers, starting from the opening of the cast board mall, to the re-ordering of the mall which was not ready to be done, yesterday, while working on building completion and I also entertained the workers not with music, but, by entertaining workers by drinking coffee with them in the field.
You can see the appearance of the unfinished beam installation below, and if this is finished today, then,
will create the final beam, in the form of a functional "PLUS" sign, to tie the building between the right and left sides, as well as the back and front sides of the shop wall.

in between the work being finished, during breaks, I am with the workers, drinking coffee together, yes, I do this to cheer them up, to be more enthusiastic about doing the work, togetherness is more important than work, to get better results together, So, we drank coffee and cake and ate together, using a bucket as a table.

in the last moment of the picture, the workers and I were also installing the new mall, after the old mall was opened, as I said before, to save costs and boards.
in the last part, I bought 5 more bags of cement, in preparation for today, so that workers can use it to do their work in the field.
