Deliberate ignorance!
My class teacher used to say the worst kind of student is the type that doesn't know,knows he/she doesn't know and still doesn't want to know. I guess that describes deliberate ignorance. But I don't think the case of your former brother-in-law is that of deliberate ignorance,I believe it's a matter of choice. Since he knew what he wanted and was doing it,I don't think it's a case of ignorance,no but deception,maybe yes. Anyways,thanks for sharing. Very exciting content!.
