Hi @elcu or @inber as it is your account too, you can not post the same post that you posted in Hive now in Steemit but under another name. If you decide to do a post on Steemit please create something new and do not cross post.

Also, you can not use #powerup or #club100 tag because you have not done Power Up yet, the tag #club100 means that you powered up all the Steem, in your case you do not have done it.
