I am pretty sure that this Initiative of supporting different contest using the group of users who are working as team is great. The more people, especially those ones who have previous experience with curation support the users and their contests and challenges the more users will be active not only with organizing but taking part too.

I was wondering, if your team will also be visiting the posts of participants of some contests and give the individuals who created great posts in accordance with the rules of the Steemit Team curation upvotes. That would also encourage people to be more active but also to increase the opportunity to get rewarded, because as we know in every contests there are few winners and many participants.
