One image,one story

Hello everyone, hope everything is going well as expected it would? I must say that am very delighted to be participating in this wonderful and intriguing contest which it's embedded with lot's of emotions that describe or perhaps give a clearer picture of the terror and tragedy flesh graduates face in my country Nigeria. Thanks to the world of xpilar community for this contest.

This image reminds me of the terror and tragedy that has befallen fresh graduates in my country or perhaps the fate of fresh graduates amidst job experience.

Without mincing words , it's visible to the blind and audible to the deaf, even arguably by the dumb that the world is growing from bad to worse daily. This is because day-in-day-out man continues to take complex and rigid policies at the detriment of himself. Man continues to take himself back with utmost alacrity especially in this part of the world . To exacerbate issues, the opportuned and privileged individuals keep utilizing their chances to afflict the less privileged with policies that are destiny and life threatening.

The demand for job experience has become a nagging problem in many countries and in Nigeria in particular. It has dragged the destinies of young graduates in the mud and shattered the dreams of many.

What is the fate of fresh graduates amidst this barbaric and uncivilized demand? How does a fresh graduate have experience except he is given the chance to do so? Or can one possibly accumulate experience except he starts from somewhere?

Little did they know it is a chronic ailment young graduates are suffering from, and the government know the virus has many negative effects on fresh graduates. Some have opted for execrable ways of making money. The affliction has dragged the destinies of many in the mud.

Let's battle on this appalling question;who are the engineers of this policy? The employers are they not parents? Are they daft? The same people that pay our school fees ,the people who teach and lecture us, are the same that afflict and shock us with demand for job experience upon approaching them for job! What an irony!.

Employers of labour, what would you have fresh graduates to do accumulate the all-encompassing experience you demand of them before you can consider them for job opportunities?or do you suppose they gather the experience from their citadels of learning? Would you suppose they accumulate job experience from sleeping several hours daily? Would you have them gather experience from nocturnal deals? If it is a capital No,what then is the way out ? What is the plan for fresh graduates who are yet to accumulate experience?.

With evil policies that paralysis the dreams of both fresh graduates and undergraduates relegating them to the background ought not to continue or else it leaves the graduates in a state of dilimma
And that they country is barbaric and needs an escape route is terror and a tragedy combined.
