Oh, sensitive soul! As we all are, but we often don't admit it.
I would advise you to talk about it. For me personally, what helps the most is talking, sharing. It does not need to be with a specialist, on the contrary. It has to be with another... ordinary person, because, it has to be human, not expecting miracles from some authority figure who is actually also a broken soul, but doesn't admit it and doesn't have any superhuman abilities and very often does not help at all.
Nature helps, yes, especially to connect with yourself. And to admit to yourself what exactly is happening. For me, constant self reflecting usually works, but it's always easier when you share it with someone else.
I admit it and there's no one to listen or care, usually, though.
We, the "modern" people, are so selfish that if someone or something doesn't "click" with us, we condemn it and start hating it right away.
Material over spiritual, yeah, baby. That will "save" the world and turn it into a paradise.
It won't make it paradise, but it sure will save it. Unfortunately, we still cannot find the balance, personal and social, between the two facts - we are spiritual beings and we are forced to live in a material world. In this sense, very recently I personally realized that the material is important, even the most important. Next to it remain the other things, which are also very important, but important because they are actually our essence. Yeah, I guess it sounds confusing, and I think the problem is exactly people's confusion. From there, people begin to hide, hide their essence, and every problem, completely human, is brushed aside, pretending that it does not exist.
I don't like this whole scheme of confusion. It can all be very simple, we all as human beings can help each other even if we are strangers without pretending everything is fine to sell our product and the fake happy life we lead.
Well ok, the topic is very long. I hope you find someone to talk to and that they are the right person!
I don't agree at all, you could "own" the whole world, billions of money and still be absolutely miserable and unhappy if there is emptiness in the soul...

Each person is given to suffer in a different way, right? 😂 But we live in a material world where without money one cannot survive. That's it.
