There are always incentives and lots of fruitful learning in the end. Participants usually enjoy the process.

It's only that they are reluctant in the beginning, especially the first-timers.

I have also participated in a few, some voluntarily and some otherwise, but I have learned so much. It's fun and engaging. It's thrilling, and the rush of adrenaline is like nothing else.
