Flowers have excellent health benefits, including some are used in gastronomy, because they provide vitamins, fibers, antioxidants, and they add flavor and color to very attractive foods. In addition, certain flowers, if taken as infusions, improve digestion and respiration, and have a calming and relaxing effect.
