(Eng/Spa) Bar full of Cats- Un Bar lleno de Gatos

Hello to all friends of the WOX community!

Today I want to tell you about a nice initiative that has emerged from the photography club to which I have belonged for years, the Ibiza Best Photo Club.

It is a photography exhibition dedicated to cats, which is taking place in a well-known bar in the centre of Ibiza.

The photos are on display in the bar until the 6th of January, and are for sale. The money raised will be used to buy food for the cats and kittens of the Sa Coma Animal Protection Centre, which does wonderful work with these little friends who have been abandoned on the street.

Each member of the club brings one or more photos of these felines, some of them are pets of the participants... in my case it was a cat that I saw in the street and was looking at me curiously on a wall.

Hola a todos amigos de la comunidad WOX!

Hoy os quiero hablar de una bonita iniciativa que ha surgido del Club de fotografía al que pertenezco desde hace años, el Club Ibiza Best Photo.

Se trata de una Exposición de fotografía dedicada a los gatos, que tiene lugar en un conocido bar del centro de Ibiza.

Las fotos se exponen en el bar hasta el día 6 de enero, y están a la venta. Con el dinero recaudado, se compraran alimentos para los gatos y gatitos del Centro de protección animal Sa Coma, que realiza una maravillosa labor con estos pequeños amigos que han sido abandonados en la calle.

Cada miembro del club, aportamos una o varias fotos realizadas a estos felinos, algunas de ellas son mascotas de los participantes... en mi caso fue un gato que vi en la calle y me miraba curioso encima de un muro.

Esta es una de las fotos que he aportado, el cartel de la exposición y unas fotos que tomé en el bar hace un rato.

At the moment I can't afford to have cats at home, I wouldn't be able to give them the time and care they need. Unfortunately there are too many cats (and dogs) abandoned on our streets. When I meet a cat in the street I try to caress it (if it lets me)... maybe nobody has done it for many days.

Espero que se consigan vender muchas fotos, estos animalitos lo merecen...!

Actualmente no puedo permitirme tener gatos en casa, no podría dedicarles el tiempo y los cuidados que necesitan. Desgraciadamente hay muchos gatos (y perros) abandonados en nuestras calles. Cuando me cruzo con un gato por la calle procuro acariciarlo (si se deja)...puede que nadie lo haya hecho durante muchos días.
