"My Pet Cat" - Watercolor Painting 22/06/2020

Good day to all. Meet "Minggay" my pet cat. He accidentally bit me on my toe 3 days ago.

He was a stray kitten when he suddenly entered our gate on Jan. 6, 2020. He was very skinny and was crying. I looked around to see if anyone had left it and asked our neighbors if this kitten was theirs, but it wasn't. I decided to adopt right away this cute little kitten. I have always took care of him and even love him until he survives and grows healthy. Here he is now.

He accidentally bit me 3 days ago. I know he didn't mean it because he's not like that. It was just my fault that I touched his head with my toes in which I didn't know he was eating. He thought maybe that my toes were one of the foods he's eating. The wound was just like a small dot but I washed it immediately.

Today I decided to see a doctor with my mom in order to have a proper treatment because it can be dangerous for me and my cat. I was prescribed an antibiotics and got Tetanus and Rabies vaccine. I'm not sure if my cat has rabies or doesn't. All I know that he wasn't still vaccinated and no other cats or dogs have bitten him. According to the doctor I will be able to determine if my cat really has rabies when after 1-2 weeks he will get sick and the worst will die, but I just hope it will not happen. I'm really hoping that we are both safe.

We went home, and since we're from the hospital, we disinfected ourselves first before entering the house. So we threw away our disposable mask, bathed outside, washed and put alcohol on our hands for safety. Then we had lunch and I rested because I felt tired and had lost my strength due to 3 shots on my both arms. When I'm finally okay, I thought of painting my pet cat with watercolor.
