ArtVenture Contest: "My Childhood Dream Jobs"

This is my second entry in the art contest initiated by @art-venture. It's about making a traditional art about childhood.

In my first entry , it was about the fun moments of childhood by playing. Aside from playing, we also started creating our dreams when we were still children.

We always encountered this question: "what do you want to be when you grow up?" Do you still remember your answer? Well I do remember mine. It started when I was in 1st grade. I wanted to be a teacher because my mother is a teacher and I wanted to be like her. In my classroom I became an assistant of my teacher. If she does something else, she turned over her stick and visual aid to me and let me teach my classmates on how to read. I really enjoyed being a little teacher. 😂

When I got to the second grade, my dream job changed. I wanted to become a nurse. Our school nurse was my aunt and I got impressed by her because she was always on the lookout and helping both teachers and students when something bad happened like having fever or injury. So I also wanted to be a nurse, helping those in need. This was my dream until I reached fifth grade.

When I was in 6th grade, I also dreamed of becoming a chef. It's because of our great cooks in house, my father and grandmother. They are not chefs but they always make a delicious foods. They can really satisfies someone's stomach.

You will notice that my dream jobs when I was a kid was an influence from the people around me. That's how it is to children, they'll do the same thing on what they see, that's why parents are always there to lookout and guide their children. But you can never deny the fact that our childhood experiences and creating our first dreams are one of our happiest moments.
