Your drawing area is great and I said I should try painting on the beach :) The first thing that came to my mind was the change of sunlight. This can also complicate the drawing a bit. I think that the idea of immortalizing that moment and feelings with your watercolor painting is very valuable.
I also liked the colors of your painting and the position of the boats.
