That’s really cool.. we have a place like that in Nigeria and the state is lagos. The only challenge we have there is that since the place is the commercial hub of the country and have a very large seaport, it seems the whole Nigerians wants to relocate there and do business or get job . As a result of this, the traffic jam there is out of this world. You can be in a spot with your car for 3 hrs you haven’t moved an inch.. that’s how bad it is..
Karachi is one of the biggest ports in Asia as well. I understand what you're saying. The traffic jam is unbearable
