Hello fellow steemians. It is another week of creating a short story for readers. Well,I also want to share my story to you. The name of my story is The King and the Youth.
The King And The Youth
Once upon a time, there live a powerful king called King Baako. King Baako was ruling about 17 towns. He was very powerful, strength and fearing in the face. He was with his people. And one day, King Baako gathered the youth in all the towns he rule.
The king asked the youth to go home and kill there are parents. They were all surprised about the decision of their king. But who can challenge or say no or even questioned King Baako. His sub chiefs were all surprised. So he gave them two day each to finish the task.
They all went back to their towns, they started killing their parents as instructed by King Baako. But guy wasn't convinced about the act. So he took his old father to the deep forest and make a hurt for him.

When the days were up,they went King Baako's palace. King Baako then told them that he is considering of rebuilding his palace in the sea. So they were all wondering how can you build a house in a deep sea.
He asked the youth to start the work immediately. They all went back to discuss it among themselves. They were not getting a solution to that. The guy who took his father to the forest decided to visit him, when he gets to the father talked and came across to what King Baako asked them to do. The old man then told the son to go to King Baako's palace and ask him to lay the foundation of his palace for them to start the work.
He went to the palace with some of the youth,they met the king and the guy asked permission to speak,the king gave him the order. He stood up and ask him what his father told him. The king was quite for while, because he knows that the guy can not think of that but how come did he managed to get it. He then notice that the guy did not killed his father. King Baako asked the guy to go and bring his father, his father was brought to the king.

The king then decided to give some towns that he rule to the old man,award his son by letting him marries his beautiful daughter.

Interesting story in which decisions played an important role in the plans of a King, being a young man who allowed the construction of the city leaving his intelligent father alive.
