Dusting off my old drawings
Hello Hive friends, today I was looking for some papers and I found some old notebooks and blogs that had drawings made by me, so I decided to share them with you. I started drawing since I was little and it's something that I always liked, I drew a lot for fun, I also watched a lot of tutorials. As time went by, the more responsibilities I had, the more I put drawing aside.
Now that I see these drawings it makes me nostalgic for those times when I was younger, that time when I was not afraid to do things that today I consider terrifying and that I would not do. Like going to a dangerous place at night or climbing a very tall tree. In those days I was very daring, now I am more cautious.
These drawings that I will show you were made between the ages of 16 and 20. Previously, I didn't do it because I thought I would dedicate myself to it professionally, it was simply relaxing for me to do it. Even today I draw to reduce stress, it is therapeutic.
This drawing is from Mr. Sesshomaru, one of my favorite characters of Anime Inuyasha. This anime was one of the first ones I saw, after Dragon Ball and Cardcaptor Sakura. I saw all the anime and movies too. They took a new series with the children of the characters, but I did not like it.
This is an anime version that I made of the Adventure Time series. I loved that series and my favorite partner was Finn and Princess Flame, that's why drawing them.
These drawings were my child cartoon practice. I like children's drawing, they are very adorable. These drawings had no date, so I don't know exactly when I did them, but I think it was when I was 16 years old.
In these drawings I was practicing the position of the face ¾. I made them more or less at the same time as the previous drawings.
I did this drawing when I was in college, I was about 19 years old. This was a drawing asked for a classmate, but when he saw him, he didn't like it, so I stayed with him.
Here I started practicing realism, I was about 20 years old when that. I had always drawn cartoons or anime, but then I became interested in realism. Now what I do most are realisms.
That has been all for today, I thank you very much for reading. Until next time.
