I have adopted the 1-minute rule and this one-minute rule means that, if we can do something in our house in less than a minute or a minute that we do it, for example, by eating a small snack of some fruit, the one-minute rule says that well if I can clean this in less than a minute I have to do it, it's not the same as right now I make my snack and leave everything messy and then I'm going to do something else and leave everything dirty there, because well It's going to look very messy, so if it takes me less than a minute to clean up, I have to do it.
Another habit that is always on my mind is to be thankful for what we already have; many times we focus on those things that we need and we forget how lucky we are to have all those things in our space,
The next habit is to learn to say NO, many times when they give us something we are embarrassed to say no because we do not want that person to be offended or feel bad, but if we want to have a space without so many things we have to put up a barrier so that Stuff we don't need comes in.
