LITTLE ARTISTS COME TO PAINT AT MY STUDIO. 2022.
Hi Steemians!
those eggs that I made my asparagus omelette with I mentioned in my previous post were a gift from a mother of one of the girls who I invited to paint last Saturday morning at my studio.
This winter due to all the changes that we are dealing with related in great measure with my mothers deteriorating health and care, I chose not to give art classes to the children who otherwise would come and paint. But there are some who just have the art running in their system and keep working at home and keep sending me messages showing me their creations and so on. So I decided to invite them over for a morning to paint from smudges and start a painting they can finish at home.
It was really lovely to see them work again together and they had so much to tell each other, so didn´t stop chatting, but...even while talking they worked non stop on their creations.
The proposal was to be playful and see what we could find in the smudges and outline and work on them.
Here are some images of them working together on my studio table.
The process...
Then we went outside so be able to blow the paint around with straws,
Some of the almost finished paintings...
The mouse on a melting bluecheese planet.
A flower farting pig meeting a farting insect. This little girl loves spicing up the meanings in paintings and I think its great she gets to express it it a beautiful way. ;-)!!!
Yes, I must admit, the paintings are a little bizzare but I LOVE their art! So inspiring!
Best Wishes to you all!

Thank you so much! wow!
I can only imagine what impressions children will have. How lucky they are! Visit a real studio and paint with a real artist. Not all of these children will become artists, but they will all be indifferent to the art of a lifetime.
I´m lucky to have them! but it´s mutual. I´ve been teaching since 2002 and now some of the students I had in the early years are doing their careers but they always remember the art classes with a smile and have good memories! I love it when they remember that!
Hola @rumanía, excelente actividad acompañada de estos niños.
Saludos.
gracias!
Wow! I really love this approach. It’s very close to how I work.
The flower farting pig is my favorite!
I love the flower farting pig also! :-)
