The need for a chosing of Witnesses, I chose @ xpilar.witness

Hi, all the Steemians in the world ..
As social media, Steemit is becoming more and more established. the ability to survive from various circumstances has been increasingly tested. All made Steemit and Blockchain users. Steem increasingly believes that the future will look bright. All of this, of course, thanks to the hard work of all parties. from content creators / writers, curators, investors and last but not least is the role of all witnesses.

Witnesses play an important role as miners who will generate economic value and foster the circulation and distribution of Steem. In Steem there are 20 ranks of prime witnesses working full time and a rank below that as reserve.

However, many of us, of course including myself, do not know the witness we choose. we don't know who they are and what they do. We just believe that they are the best option there is.

I chose @ xpilar.witnes as a witness

A few days ago I read a post from @xpilar which can be read here. Knowing this, I decided to reset the witness I had chosen. I choose @xpilar.witness as my witness. the stages that I do are:

I, who entered Steemit in 2018, testifies to @xpilar's work. At first I only knew about his ability to create three-dimensional digital artwork and photography. The Ssteemians were invited to participate in making stories from the imaginative works that he had created. Since 2020 he has formed a community to promote togetherness at Steemit and continue to work hard with all the efforts he has made.
After going through the struggles since @Xpilar joined Steemit in 2016, it was time for him to declare himself ready to be witness. as soon as I read it I remembered how @xpilar is a character that we can become role models at Steemit. We know how determined he is to maintain the community in Steem with teams like @mister-omortson, @art-venture, @stef1, @myskye, @sultan-aceh, @franyeligonzalez, @leveuf, @axeman, @bambuka, @adeljose, and his supporters to walk through tough times. The consistency he does and this hard work makes the members who are members of the WORLD Of XPILAR community even more successful.
I learned a lot and got advice from both posts and comments about the need for consistency, patience and always support the Power Up Steem efforts.

I still remember how he taught us not to just downvote so that Steemit users can feel more comfortable. Downvote is only done to return to normal conditions. Suppose there are people who get a reward improperly and it is indicated as an attempt to rob the reward pool.

Especially when you see how great @xpilar's service is to help community members. We know how he supported @sultan-aceh so that he was finally able to build his own house. Programs to help people in need are still ongoing. Even now @sultan-aceh is increasingly active in helping other steemians to build houses and houses of worship. all of that can not be separated from the role of @xpilar.

We also know that the WORLD Of XPILAR Community has grown as a huge force that resembles a diaspora for Steemians who want to grow bigger. Various fields of contests, photography art, digital art, painting and others are getting more festive.
So it's no wonder that more and more Steemians will support him to make @ xpilar.witness as a witness.

I hope that Steemit will grow even more and provide more benefits to all parties and make Steem for betterlife.
