⚓Sailing Denmark's Caribbean seas [BLOG]

Last year I was sailing in Denmark

and I wanted to share this particular day with you guys.

We stared our day in Faborg - Denmark but before we started the day, we hoisted all the sails while docked because the wind was in our favor. Jib, Fok, Main, Besan, Top besan and Top Main sails were hoisted. Once everything was up, I threw the ropes lose and off we went.

The boat I am sailing on at the moment is called Pegasus, this is her on the pier under full sails.

Of cause we meet other big sailing vessels as the Banjaard in this case. Quite the lovely shapes, don't you think?

The coastline of Denmark is beautiful.

The Danish seas seems crowded with boats. We saw A LOT today, from small to big, from moter to sailor. This is just an example shoot :)

More impressions.

Sailors need to eat something too. This was very tasty for me :)

I always like to play with lines, foreground and perspectives in my photos. This is the Caterina crossing our ways.

This is a good example for the sheer amount of ships around this area. Including dramatic clouds =D

There are a lot of beautiful houses on the coastline.

And of cause the occasional church on the hill.

There was a lot what happend as well, but I am working while sailing so I just can shoot so many things... We had heavy rain, a lot of wind, almost no wind, we saw a few dolphins and did a LOT of manuevers. All in all - a very decent sailing day :)
