If we talk about how life should be lived, it is as if we walk in the morning.
Breathe fresh air. Enjoy it. Move slowly, without rushing.
That's life. There must be pleasure in every process.

Even though we know there are many obstacles that will come our way, we must calmly face them.
Problems are like morning, cold to the bone. But there are always health lessons to be learned, one day we will understand why problems hit us.
