My entry for week 145 of landscape contest.
Trees in a meadow oil painting, 60/40cm.
I rarely use green paint. Mostly, I mix it myself from blues and yellows.
Yellow ochre pigment is great for landscapes.
In addition, I use red (and other colors), to desaturate my greens.
Your art work is very nice. You ought to try the other venue (hive) where there are more artists.
Did not hive started after steem? What is the difference?
It’s a hard folk kind of stuff. You could search for blogs on the incident on google as well. I forgot all the details. Technically I wouldn’t understand all the complicated discussions.
