Erigeron bonariensis Drawing - Ran Art Blog
My latest graphite drawing.
These flowers are below my apartment. They are called Erigeron bonariensis.
This is part of an update to my drawing materials review and guide.
It includes pencils, sharpeners, erasers, and paper brands.
Some examples are Canson 1557:
This is one of my favorite drawing paper sheets. It is quite smooth, yet with texture.
Canson XL Bristol:
This Paper is super smooth. Not good for beginners, but great if you like super smooth and super white paper.
Canson XL Croquis:
My latest drawing is on Canson Mixed Media Artist, which has very thick paper sheets (300 gram).
Here it is, including the Canson XL recycle.
These two are both with some teeth, so they are great for sketching, though I prefer smoother paper.

Thank you very much.
It's very impressive that you can draw that much detail of the plant fibers @ranartblog :)
Thank you. It was a challenge. I wasn't sure I'll be able to do it, but went for it anyway. I am stubborn :o)
