It is known as Tikki. It is one of the most liked foods of North India. It is placed in the category of fast foods. Tikki is known by many more names in India. People call it by different names in different places like Aloo Tikki, Paneer Tikka, Aloo Chaat…. Among these, the most preferred are potato tikkis or chaat. Aloo tikki is made up of potatoes, tomatoes, peas, coriander, green chillies etc. Many types of namkeen are also used to look good and tasty.
