Today, I introduce my breakfast.
I plant basil every spring. In summer, basil is harvested and mixed with olive oil, mats, and granafadano cheese to make basil pastos and eat them all year round.
Top cooked tomatoes with basil pasta and cheese.
Of course, tomatoes were also harvested in the field.
