INGREDIENTS

📌 1 can of condensed milk

📌1 can of milk (measure of can of condensed milk)

📌3 whole eggs

📌1 cup (tea) sugar

📌1 / 2 cup of water

📌 PREPARATION METHOD

😋Pudding:

📌 First, beat the eggs well in a blender.

📌Add condensed milk and milk, and whisk again.

AldaCalda:

📌Spill the sugar in the pan until brown, add the water and let it thicken.

📌Put in a round pan and pour the pudding batter on top.

📌 Bake in a medium oven for 45 minutes, with the round pan inside a larger pan with water.

📌Stick a fork to see if it is well done.

📌 Allow to cool and unmold.

📌 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

🧐Tip: for the syrup of your condensed milk pudding to work, always keep the ratio of half a measure of water to a measure of sugar.
For example, if you use 1 cup of sugar tea, the water measurement will be only 1/2 cup (tea). If you make a bigger pudding, you can use 2 cups of tea to 1 cup of water. Following this tip, there's no mistake!
