Well, technically it's not any theft. It's simply that they still don't have enough SP as to guarantee the 20% ROI that at the moment they are promoting according the bids accepted.

Maybe in part due to some confusion in the way they are currently calculating the sum of the rewards distributed in SBD, SP & TRX after the @bidvote upvote.

But as I suggested earlier, he may still have time to adjust his calculations a bit better to the exact amount of the bids the bot should accept or not to actually guarantee a true 20% ROI. :)
