Motivating Phrases | Contest.
Hello, people. Hope you had a lovely weekend.
My motivating phrase is I can do anything. Sometimes, we limit ourselves through our thoughts by telling ourselves continuously that we cannot do certain things, yet we can. Maybe, you were told continuously that you can’t do that when you are young or maybe you just did not see anyone achieve big around you so you just thought it was not possible. Therefore here is a reminder to everyone and to myself that you can literally do anything you set your mind to.
One way you can fool your mind to believe that you can do anything is by telling yourself over and over that you can do anything, overtime your mind starts to believe you. You also need to try new things that scare you so that you prove to yourself that you are fearless and can do anything even the things you consider hard.
Things like low self esteem or low confidence can also fool us into believing that you can’t do certain things therefore sometimes you need to work on such fundamental things for your outlook to also change. Confidence can have you going for jobs you are not qualified for, talking to people you consider to be way more knowledge etc just because you believe you can do anything therefore, we ought to have such things like confidence, self esteem in plenty.
Getting your strength from a source different from yourself can be empowering like praying to God can change your outlook on your ability as we all know anything is possible for Him so there is no way that you are going to pray for His strength and go on to believe that you can’t anything or certain things.
