Hi everyone! 😄

I come back with a new illustration. As painting background is one of my favorite things to do, I continue on this path today by creating a landscape background.
I wanted to stay on a realistic way, by putting natural and soft tones. I have chosen to mix green tones with purple ones.

Process

First, I put the major forms and the main colors.

Then I drawn the grass and the pines, with some fog effect.

Finally I add the clouds and some herbs in the foreground. This is a detail that I used to add in my landscapes, because it gives an impression of depth to the painting.

Some little corrections, and that's it! ;)
