4.When the fat inside the pork is fried, add boiling water. Let the water cover the pork. Add seasonings. After adding the seasonings, turn to low heat and simmer. Don’t add any salt at this stage.
5.Wait for the chopsticks to be inserted into the pork. If you insert it easily, it means that the meat is very soft. At this time, taste the saltiness and add salt according to your own taste. Finally, use high heat to reduce the juice. After serving, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
