Seven Sisters (PowerUp 100%)

Well, I don't have seven sisters. I am not one of seven sisters either. This is not a post including photos of seven sisters. I hope some of you are not disappointed by that as I am taking you to a place in Sussex county, England, proud to be known as the Seven Sisters.

South Downs Way is an English national trail - the first bridleway path. It offers an escape, whether ambling on a stroll or challenged to walk, run or cycle it over a few days.

Hop on a Southern train from London Victoria to Eastbourne but don't forget to book your tickets in advance which will save you a fortune (return price from £20). It is a great idea to take a local bus or best an Uber from the train station to the start of the walk - the Kiosk coffee shop on Foyle Way. If you happen to be in the ever popular Brighton, you can also hike to the Seven Sisters, as long as you take a local coaster bus (return scratchcard ticket from £5) to Cuckmere Inn and get the walk started.

Pack light as long as you have the basics for a picnic with a view.

Make sure you have plenty of water and apply high factor sun cream as the South Downs National Park is a wide open, always windy space.

Don't forget to say hello to all creatures you meet on the way, no matter how big or small.

Keep going and don't be distracted by their cute eyes or the flocks of red faced goldfinches hovering right next to you. The view at your final destination is totally worth it, simply breathtaking and definitely not to miss.

You can even drive to this exact location by aiming for Birling Gap which boasts a National Trust car park - free to members, and a coffee shop.
