Seafood 🎣 Lunch
I popped in this trendy restaurant for a late Sunday lunch as our seven course tasting meal at a micro eatery got cancelled. The catch of the day riverfront place featured tables and chairs made of wood and it was tastefully decorated with an emphasis on exotic greenery.
Roast halibut with Romesco sauce, new potatoes, buttered greens and baby parsley 🌿
We were served by a girl who was pouring a bottle of wine to clients for the first time ever. It’s actually according to me never too late for a career change. Plus it’s always good to support people who are trying to find their way in the food and beverage industry.
Four of us ordered the same main dish the roast halibut which I included photos of here. Initially I was to order a red snapper sandwich 🥪 (type of fish you don’t come across often!) but it was already finished for the day.
Wow, it looks very delicious, indeed!
Thank you @zorank💁♀️It was one of a kind 🐟 meal which made a rainy day special!
