It does look a nice trendy place to go to. The interior and atmosphere remind me of The Catch which my family and I had lunch in when we were in Sheffield, South Yorkshire, here in England. I find the way they use fresh herbs over there quite intriguing though. Currently here we are obsessed with micro herbs compared to the extreme opposite, big leafy greens which they chose to use.
