Greetings my friend @birjudanak Your mountain image reminds me a bit of the Scottish Highlands over here in the UK. I believe you enjoyed your time over there in Ladakh and maybe you will visit again. I have been to India quite a few times already but never to this part. Is the food any different by the way?
It's a paradise of india and food is similar like other part of india but non veg is more available compared to veg.
This is very good to know @birjudanak Maybe you have seen Gordon's Great Escape? He visited Northeast India, small villages and busy markets over there. He learned a lot about the food and how to cook different types of curry.
