Thanks. I, too, have never seen such a low price of STEEM, although the chart shows that in the past it was even lower. At this price, withdrawing money is becoming less profitable, so I decided to stay in the #club100.

Thank you, I was impressed by your words. This is a new challenge for me and I want to do the job as well as possible. When I published Blogosphere Magazine, I was often deceived and I repeatedly supported plagiarism. This is the first thing that worries me. But I think papi.mati will help me in this matter, he is now leading the fight against plagiarism on the entire platform, so his experience will be useful.
The second thing that worries me is how to determine the quality of the post, what reward it deserves, or maybe I should give all posts the same reward? What is better, to support many posts with a small percentage, or 20 posts with the maximum voting power? I still have to decide on this.
I certainly admire @papi.mati who is devoted to the platform. He is a great, extremely experienced leader. I am sure that he will provide you with some guidance on maybe quick checks that can be done so you ensure that you are supporting original posts. If you ask me it is better to vote for more posts than give a few the maximum upvote possible. The authors who are active here daily and find this as a long-term commitment would appreciate it I reckon. You can always save a big upvote for extra special occasions like newsworthy posts from a trendy right now event be it sports, art or a festival. Just a thought. I am sure that you will make the right decision together with the rest of your team members.
