On My Way To The Office.

Running late. Again. But who could resist taking a photo of this central London cityscape by the River Thames on such a sunny day? Or saying no to tourists asking you to take their photo with this stunning background.

I took this photo in March last year. The egg shaped building is a commercial skyscraper known as The Gherkin (30 St Mary Axe) which is however not open to the public. Its top floor has a panoramic bar for all the office workers and their guests.

The Tower of London is at the bottom right of the photo. The white and red river boat is one of many taking you to the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew where I will be taking plenty of photos in a month from now, so stay tuned. An adult ticket to this exotic garden costs £15 without donation.
