Boozy Brunch 🍳 🍸 🥑

Certainly a great start to a long weekend is a late breakfast. I had it in Kelham Island, Sheffield, South Yorkshire, England. It is a hipster area which is like a mini version of Camden Town that some of you might have or will visit when in London.

Full English breakfast including bacon, sausages, eggs, baked beans, tomato, hash browns, mushrooms and toast priced at £9.95.

If you are tired of the traditional full monty and want a change, go for the avocado toast. I personally recommend it.

Smashed avocado, micro herbs (lots of coriander!) grilled tomatoes on the vein, soft poached egg, sweet chilli and a whole lime on white sourdough toast for £7.95.

Don't be shy, I wasn't, and add a cocktail to your brunch dish for just £3! I chose a Bloody Mary which is vodka based long cocktail with tomato juice, celery salt, black pepper, Tabasco sauce, lots of ice and because I'm in Sheffield Henderson's Relish instead of Worcestershire sauce. Cheers!

The Henderson's Relish made here is a spicy sauce like Worcestershire but without the anchovies which makes it suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

After the tasty meal, make sure you pop in the museum just opposite to see even in action the largest most powerful steam engine in the world which was used for rolling out armour plating. It reminded me of Titanic for some reason.
