Sightseeing in Urban Heritage Park (a photo for Cityscape contest)

The photo was taken in Castlefield area of Manchester, UK, generally considered to have been the world's first industrial city. Hence the status of Britain's first Urban Heritage Park, which was granted to Castlefield in 1982.
The big structure in this photo is part of the tubular steel 1894 Great Northern Viaduct, built for the Great Northern Railway Company. It crosses the Bridgewater Canal, which was Britain's first as well as world's first industrial canal, opened for business back in 1761.
