People can become so intimidating and incomprehensible on many occasions, making you think of things that can start to unleash chaos in your head.
🌵PROCESS🌵
I have suffered from anxiety for years, it is something I have had to live with and have learned to cope with.
But in many occasions and circumstances, life has put me through bad times, which have made me think that society still needs to better understand all that comes with living with anxiety and other mental illnesses.
People talk bad, laugh and often feel a great need to verbally attack you for no reason. Most of the time they do it without knowing anything about the subject and that is why everything turns bad.
The lack of information on psychological issues is lacking in much of society, which leads me to believe that, despite the fact that psychologist-related issues have already been addressed in society, such as mental illness, there is still much more lack of understanding about it.
Someone who understands these issues would have no need to talk about or judge a person for this. Lack of empathy and understanding is what many people need to be able to relate in society.
